Statue of Liberty is a world famous sculptural lieing on the liberty island in the middle of New York Harbor, Manhattan since 1886. It was a gift from French people to American people. As its name explains its represent libery.

The statue of liberty is a sculputrual of a women robed in a cloths representing Roman Goddes of freedom who is holding the torch and a tabula on which the date of American freedom is inscribed which is july 5, 1776. It was sort of a welcoming signal to the people who wants to immigrate to America as it was a free state then.
